The ART at the ATRIUM one-night only community art show is entirely volunteer run. We need the following roles for the November 2025 show, can you pitch in? You don’t need to be a Guild member or artist to help; be a part of this beloved community event by volunteering your talents and a little time.

Event Photographer
Join the artists at 3pm as they set up their displays for the ART at the ATRIUM one-night-only art show, capturing candids as they prep for the crowd. Take simples portrait shots of each participating artist at their booth (17 booths) and the showcase (8 spots).
Photograph the event as the evening unwinds--food trucks, attendees, bar, displays, artists, artwork, the Atrium building.
No need to be a professional photographer, just experienced in capturing clear, quality photos and the ability to send high resolution digital images to the Guild the next day.
-
Event Greeter
Greet art show attendees, handing out show booth maps. Direct visitors to the cash bar, the upper level bar, restrooms, etc.
Answer questions about the event, the Guild, the artists. Make attendees feel welcome, add to the social energy and collect email addresses for Guild mailing list.
The Guild will provide name badge on a lanyard, show booth maps (8.5×11 paper flyers), podium and email list sign up sheet.

The Guild will provide and deliver grid wall sections, sign holders, light fixtures, extension cords.

The Guild will provide signs, list of individual addresses for delivery, and list of community spaces addresses for installation.

Show Set Up & Break Down
Help set up the Atrium space for the art show. Starting at 11am, tape out booth locations, tape down extension cords, put folding tables in booths, set up bar area tables and stools. Distribute artist booth signs. Put up signs.
Help participating artists unload their supplies from vehicles. Be available to help senior artists as they set up their booths. At the end of the show, put away folding tables, put away bar area tables and stools, take down signs.
There’s a lot to do during this time, we will need multiple volunteers. You can volunteer for just set up, just break down or both. Have a friend or family member you can partner with? Perfect!
